Recruiting Process

In order to continue offering high-quality services and to ensure that we grow fast, we choose to invest and to work with people who are not only distinguished for their abilities, objectives, and character, but also have identical expectations with the expectations of Millennium bank: To be the best!

Formal Qualifications

The minimum qualifications required of people who wish to join the Bank’s staff are:

• University / Technical Educational Institute Degree or Post-graduate Degree
• Fluency in English
• Excellent computer operation skills

Personal Characteristics

Although formal qualifications constitute the first stage of selection, we place great importance to the candidates’ personal characteristics. Sensitive personal data, such as sex, nationality, religion, family status, etc., are not taken into account in the evaluation process of hiring our staff. On the contrary, we pursue and encourage diversity in our people, as a source of inspiration and creativity.

At Millennium bank we have broken down the employee selection process in specific stages, where through authoritative, consistent, and meritocratic processes we ensure that the most suitable candidates are selected for each open position.

We carefully evaluate all the curricula vitae we receive daily, based on of the criteria we have set, and through the processes of personal interviews and aptitude evaluation tests, striving to select, in an objective and meritocratic way, the most able candidates that will ideally fit the specific positions.

Furthermore, in order to cover vacancies, we give priority to our rotation scheme, i.e. the policy of internal transfers, function changes, as well as promotions. In this way, we achieve the best possible utilization of our employees’ skills, also creating attractive career and development opportunities for them.

Student internships

Within the framework of our excellent cooperation with the Universities and Higher Education Institutes of our country, we offer the opportunity to interested students to have their internship at Millennium bank, in order for them to get acquainted with the real-life work environment, develop their skills and acquire important professional experience.
