The Bank’s Training department strives daily for the constant professional evolution of all the Bank’s personnel, through the implementation of a wide range of training activities.

The main areas of action to this respect are:

Training Program for the Induction of New Employees:  Regardless to their previous banking or other experience, all of Millennium bank’s new employees take part in the Bank's Induction Course, with the objective of getting to know their fellow colleagues, as well as the representatives of Management, getting acquainted with the Vision and the Corporate Culture and finally, having a first contact with the various departments, operations and products of the Bank.

Professional Training:  The continuing education of employees is a major priority, as it is the key for the development of each employee in particular, but also for the business growth of the Company in general. This is a two –way procedure. It includes communication between the Training department and each of the Divisions, regarding the various training programs that can satisfy the needs at each time point. Training is carried out in cooperation with acclaimed Greek providers as well as providers from abroad.

E-learning: In 2009 the Millennium bank employees where offered their first lessons of distance learning through an electronic platform. This new educational method became immediately acceptable. In 2010 e – learning is the focal point for a large part of the educational programming.
