• December 2005: A network of 122 branches all over Greece (102 retail branches, 17 Business Banking Units)

• January 2006: 2005 earnings release announces recurring earnings before taxes well ahead of initial plans and total net income, including non-recurring impacts of € 16.9 million

• November 2006: The bank announces its full integration with the Millennium group and its new name – Millennium bank

• November – December 2006: Unification of network under the Millennium bank brand “look & feel”

• February 2007: 2006 earnings release announces record-high volumes and 15.1 million euros earnings (after taxes)  

• January 2008: 2007 earnings release announces 22.1 million euros earnings (after taxes) reaching a 46% increase from 2006

• February 2009: Millennium bank announces 15.1 million euros earnings in 2008 (after taxes) and a very healthy portfolio
