MILLENNIUM MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as: S.A. Management or MILLENNIUM M.F.M.C. or M.F.M.C), is a mutual fund management company with the exclusive purpose of managing mutual funds, has been founded based on L 1969/1991 law and is operating according to the provisions of L 3283 /2004 in force as amended.

The S.A. Management was founded under the name ETBA NAT WEST MFMC following a permit provided by decisions of the 62/Article 15.12.1995 (Official government gazette 1081/13 29.12.1995) of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, in combination with K2689/22.1.1996 by the Ministry of Commerce (official government gazette 370/24.1.1996). In 22.1.1996 the company had been registered in the Ministry of Commerce with a registration number 35031/06/B/96/03.

Further following the 1.12.1999 of the Capital Market Committee decision 148/4.11.1999 (Official government gazette 2155/B 14.12.1999) in combination with decision of the Ministry of Commerce (K2 13742/1.12.1999) Official government gazette 9677/3.12.1999 was renamed to ETBA P&K M.F.M.C.

Following the 1.8.2003 of the Capital Market Committee decision (24/432/1.7.2003) official government gazette 944/B/18.07.2003 in combination with decision of the Ministry of Commerce (K2 9338/31.7.2003) (official government gazette 8287/31.7.2003) was renamed to P&K M.F.M.C.

In  14.6.2007, according to the number 348 of the Capital Market Committee decision combined with the decision (K2-8884/12.6.2007) of the Ministry of Commerce, resulted in the rename of it to MILLENNIUM M.F.M.C.
